VEHICLES
Vehicles must be presented for controls related to loading formalities three hours before departure time.

PASSENGERS
Passengers must present themselves for controls related to boarding formalities one hour before departure time, at the latest.

CABIN ACCOMMODATION
The cabin number and the berth number shall be identified with a 3 or 4 figures number, followed by a letter, written on the ticket in the "accommodation" box (for cumulative travels). If two numbers appear on the ticket, the Passengers shall be lodged in different cabins.

RECEPTION OF PASSENGERS IN SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Passengers with reduced mobility must identify their condition upon booking to allow arranging for the easier access and accommodation on board. For security reasons, boys under 14 years cannot travel alone . They must be entrusted to relatives or friends, who will assume their responsibility. Young unaccompanied persons, over 14 years but under 18 years, are admitted on board against presentation of a declaration signed by their parents, which exempt the Company from all responsabilities. Pregnant women may travel until the seventh uncompleted month of pregnancy, subject to the acceptance by the on board doctor.

BOARDING WITH YOUR VEHICLE
At the entrance of the garage-bridge, the receiving personnel shall lead you to your vehicle space on board. You can leave your baggage in the car, bringing with you only items necessary for the trip (a woolen coat is convenient also in summertime due to air conditioning). Keylock the doors and the luggage van. For security reasons the garage shall remain closed from the ship departure and the access to the vehicles shall not be possible until arrival.

ANIMALS ON BOARD
Domestic animals are accepted on board CTN ferries at certain conditions: for the dogs, in addition to pay the relevant tariff, it is necessary to present upon boarding a certificate of anti rabies vaccination. During navigation the dogs shall be kept in the ship dog house, since the access to passengers premises is forbidden.

TRIP CANCELLATION/REFUND
If the trip cancellation is done more than 72 hours before departure, the penalty amounts to 10% of the ticket price. Cancellations done less than 72 but more than 24 hours before departure bear a penalty equal to 30% of the ticket price. Cancellations done less than 24 hours before the departure bear a penalty equal to 50% of the ticket price. No refund applies to missed departures which have not been previously canceled. Please note that the penalties shall be calculated on the full ticket price and not on accounts or booking coupon possibly paid.

PAY ATTENTION!
NO DUPLICATE MAY BE RELEASED. ALL LOST TICKETS AND BOOKING COUPONS MUST BE REPLACED WITH NEWLY PAID PASSAGE TICKETS OR COUPONS. THE LOST DOCUMENT SHALL BE REFUNDED (IF NOT USED IN THE MEANTIME) UPON ITS END OF VALIDITY (ONE YEAR STARTING FROM THE ISSUING DATE).
